When accessing or using the Thêmis, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use the platform.

1. Object

The Thêmis is an online content, contract and audiovisual rights management system developed by ETC Filmes.

Its use is intended exclusively for authorized customers and partners.

2. Access and credentials

• Access is granted through personal login and password, non-transferable and for use restricted to the holder;
• The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials;
• ETC Filmes is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by incorrect use or sharing of passwords.

3. Intellectual property

All content, design, interface, codes and materials available on the platform are the property of ETC Filmes and protected by law.

Copying, modifying, distributing or improperly using any part of the system without prior authorization is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

The user undertakes to:

• Provide true and updated information;
• Use the system ethically and in accordance with current legislation;
• Do not perform reverse engineering, invasions, or use for illicit purposes;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Limitation of liability

ETC Filmes is committed to keeping Thêmis available and safe, but is not responsible for:

• Temporary connection failures or technical interruptions;
• Errors caused by misuse of the platform;
• Data entered incorrectly by users.

6. Modifications and updates

ETC Filmes may, at any time, modify Thêmis, its modules and functionalities, aiming for technological improvements and adjustments, without the need for prior notice.

7. Suspension and termination

Failure to comply with these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of the user's access, without prejudice to applicable legal measures.

8. Jurisdiction and applicable legislation

This contract is governed by Brazilian law. The forum of the District of São Paulo/SP, waiving any other, to resolve any disputes.
